The Diamond Puzzle has three type of pieces with notches cut out of it. There are 6 large pieces and 18 smaller pieces. Two of the smaller pieces have an extra notch cut out of them. These form a symmetrical diamond shape when assembled. Other shapes can be made out of all the pieces or from subsets of the pieces.
