We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Customers in the UK can also pay by cheque.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Electron cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information to us via phone, fax or post or to our card processors secure servers over the internet .
For UK orders these are £2 for up to 250g, £4 for 250g to 1kg, £6.50 for 1-2kg, £8.50 for 2-4kg and £10 for 4-25kg. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail up to about 4kg and by courier service for heavier parcels.
For other European countries charges are £3 for up to 250, £4 for 250g-500g, £6.50 for 0.5-1kg, £9 for 1-1.5kg, £11.50 for 1.5-2kg. Orders are sent by air mail and 2kg is the maximum weight that can be sent, but most orders can be split into several parcels under 2kg.
For non-European countries charges are £4 for up to 250g, £6.25 for 250-500g, £8.50 for 500-750g, £11 for 750-1000g, £16 for 1-1.5kg, £21 for 1.5-2kg. Orders are sent by air mail and 2kg is the maximum weight that can be sent, but most orders can be split into several parcels under 2kg.

Faulty goods may be returned within 12 months for a replacement or refund. The cost of returning faulty goods will be refunded providing the method of return has been agreed in advance.
